At 8:29 in the Brood Eldorado Fork Set Up Video we walk you through setting up the fork.
- On the left side of the fork, there is a blue lock-out knob.
- On the right side of the fork, there is a blue cover marked AIR. That's the pressure valve.
For kids whose weight is less than 50lbs, rebound damping should be turned all the way down (open) as too much damping will impede the fork's return since there is not enough spring force to counteract it.
If you're looking at the bike from the bottom, the red knob should be turned all the way counterclockwise.
We typically do not recommend taking the fork apart unless there is an issue. The damper is a sealed unit and should not be removed unless the cartridge needs to be replaced.
